PSICOLOGIA NAS POLÍTICAS SOCIAIS E RURALIDADES: aproximações e desafios para a profissão.

Abstract

RESUMO Esta pesquisa discute sobre a realidade do trabalho e os percursos profissionais trilhados por psicólogas/os que atuam nas políticas de saúde e assistência social em interface com os meios rurais. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, que contou com observação participante e conversas informais, registro em diário de campo e roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada junto a 06 psicólogas/os que atuam no Centro de Referência da Assistência Social (CRAS), na Equipe Volante do CRAS e do Núcleo de Apoio à Saúde da Família (NASF) de três municípios de pequeno porte do Estado do Piauí, localizados na macrorregião meio-norte, especificamente no território dos cocais: Brasileira, Milton Brandão e São João da Fronteira. Os dados foram analisados com base na análise de conteúdo temática, sendo organizados em cinco eixos de discussão: 1) Encontros com psicólogas/os: perfil das/os profissionais piauienses que trabalham em contextos rurais; 2) Inserção de psicólogas/os em contextos rurais: características e problematizações; 3) Sentidos de rural de psicólogas/os que atuam nas políticas sociais em municípios de pequeno porte no Piauí; 4) A atuação de psicólogas/os em contextos rurais; 5) A dimensão teórico-prática e ético-política nos caminhos profissionais de psicólogas/os nos contextos rurais. Os dados sugerem que psicólogas/os entendem rural como um lugar físico, caracterizado pela carência. As práticas têm sido marcadas pelo aspecto imediatista, sem terem por base referenciais teóricos voltados à leitura sobre a relação rural/urbano e à diversidade de povos rurais. Constatou-se, ainda, que a inserção nesse campo é marcada por desafios relativos tanto às políticas sociais como à própria formação profissional. Verificou-se que psicólogas/os não têm sido contempladas/os com experiências formativas relacionadas a ruralidades em suas graduações. Portanto, cabe a necessidade de repensar a formação em Psicologia relacionada diretamente ao projeto da profissão. É preciso investir na redefinição e reinvenção de formações e atuações consoantes com a efetivação da transformação da realidade das/os que vivem em contextos rurais, ajudando na materialização do projeto ético-político da profissão. ------------- ABSTRACT: This paper discuss about the working reality and the professional paths crossed by psychologists that act in health politics and social assistance with connections to the rural ambient. This is a qualitative research, that relied on participative observation and informal chat, registred in a field diary and a semi-structured interview schedule with 06 psychologists that act in the Social Assistance Reference Center (CRAS), with the Moving Team from CRAS and the Family Health Aid Center (NASF) from three small Piauí towns located in the macroregion of the Middle North, especifically in the territory of Cocais: Brasileira, Milton Brandão and São João da Fronteira. The data was analysed based on thematic content analysis, being organized in five discussion axis. 1) Meeting with psychologists: The professional profile from the Piauí's professionals that work with rural matters. 2) Insertion of psychologists in the rural context: Characteristics and problematization. 3) Rural meaning from psychologists that work with social politics in small towns in Piauí. 4) The acting of the psychologists in rural contexts. 5) the practic-theorical dimension and the political ethics of the psychologics in the rural field context. The data suggests that the psychologists understand rural as a physical space, characterized by the need. The practices have been branded by the aspect of short-sighted actions, without basis on theoretical references about the rural/urban relations and to the diversity of the rural people. It is found, also, that the insertion in the field is marked by challenges relative to the social politics and the professional formation. It was verified that the psychologists are not being fed with formative experiences related to rurality in their graduations. There fore, there is a need to re think the psychology formation related to the professional project. It is needed to invest in redefinition and reinvention of formations and actuations connected with the efetivation of the transformation of the reality of those who live in the rural context, helping in the materialization of the profession 'sethic-politic project.
