VITAMINA D3 EM DIETAS PARA FRANGOS DE CORTE ESTRESSADOS POR CALOR NO PERÍODO DE 1 A 21 DIAS DE IDADE.

Abstract

RESUMO: A pesquisa foi desenvolvida para avaliar o efeito da suplementação de seis níveis de vitamina D (0; 600; 1.200; 1.800; 2.400 e 3.000 UI/kg de ração) na dieta, sobre os parâmetros de desempenho de frangos de corte de 1 a 7 e de 1 a 21 dias de idade, bem como sobre as características de carcaça e peso absoluto e relativo de órgãos linfoides e digestivos de frangos de corte aos 21 dias de idade, em condições de estresse por calor. Foram utilizados 720 pintos machos de um dia, distribuídos em delineamento de blocos ao acaso, com seis tratamentos e seis repetições, sendo vinte aves por unidade experimental. A suplementação de vitamina D3 nas dietas de frangos de corte, criados em ambiente de estresse por calor, no período de 1 a 7 dias, influencia negativamente o índice de eficiência produtiva, sem interferir no consumo de ração, ganho de peso, conversão alimentar e na viabilidade criatória. Já no período de 1 a 21 dias, a suplementação dessa vitamina melhora o consumo de ração até o nível de suplementação de 1.646,67 UI de vitamina D3/kg de ração e interfere negativamente a conversão alimentar até o nível suplementação de 1.696,06 de UI de vitamina D3/kg na ração, sem afetar o ganho de peso, viabilidade criatória e o índice de eficiência produtiva. Os níveis de suplementação de vitamina D3 testados influenciam negativamente o rendimento de sobrecoxa e de forma positiva o peso absoluto do coração aos 21 dias de idade das aves, sem influenciar nos rendimentos e pesos absolutos de carcaça, cortes e órgãos digestivos, e no rendimento e peso absoluto de órgãos linfoides.-----------------ABSTRACT - In this research we aimed to evaluate the effect of six vitamin D supplementation levels (0, 600, 1200, 1800, 2400 and 3600 IU/kg of feed) on performance parameters of broiler chickens from 1 to 7, and from 1 to 21 days of age, as well as on carcass traits and weights (absolute and relative) of organs (lymphoid and digestive) of broilers at 21 days of age, under heat stress conditions. A total of 720 day-old male chicks were distributed in randomized block design, with six treatments and six replicates (20 birds per experimental unit). In the period from 1 to 7 days of age, the supplementation of vitamin D3 in diet of broilers raised under heat stress negatively affects the productive efficiency index, without influence on feed intake, weight gain, feed conversion and livability. On the other hand, in the period from 1 to 21 days old, the supplementation of this vitamin improves feed intake up to the level of supplementation of 1,646.67 IU of vitamin D3/kg of feed, and negatively affects the feed conversion up to the supplementation level of 1,696.06 IU of vitamin D3/kg of feed, without affecting the weight gain, livability and the productive efficiency index. The tested levels of vitamin D3 supplementation negatively affect the yield of drumstick and positively influence the absolute weight of heart at 21 days of age, without influencing the absolute yields and weights of carcass, cuts and digestive organs, and yield and absolute weight of lymphoid organs.
