DESENVOLVIMENTO DE CONTEÚDO DE TECNOLOGIA MHEALTH PARA O ACOMPANHAMENTO DA CONSULTA PRÉ-NATAL

Abstract

RESUMO: Introdução: A assistência ao pré-natal consiste em uma importante ferramenta para o acompanhamento da gestante, oferecendo-lhe um conjunto de procedimentos clínicos e educativos para promover a saúde e identificar precocemente problemas que possam trazer riscos para saúde da gestante e do concepto. As tecnologias móveis em saúde, mobile health, são avaliadas como medicina ou saúde pública praticada por meio de dispositivos móveis, como telefones celulares, aparelhos de monitoramento de pacientes, assistentes pessoais digitais e outros dispositivos sem fio. A saúde móvel foi reconhecida pela Organização Mundial como um potencial estratégia para as práticas de saúde, beneficiando a incorporação desse artefato de forma cada vez mais frequente. Objetivo: Desenvolver o desenvolvimento do conteúdo de uma tecnologia mHealth, do tipo aplicativo móvel, para o acompanhamento da consulta pré-natal. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo metodológico por meio das três etapas: diagnóstico situacional da produção cientifica e tecnológica na temática, desenvolvimento de uma tecnologia mHealth, do tipo aplicativo móvel e validação por juízes especialistas e público-alvo. Resultados: O diagnóstico situacional da produção tecnológica e cientifica foi realizada por meio de uma revisão integrativa da literatura realizada nas bases de dados MEDLINE, Web of Science, CINAHL, SCOPUS e LILACS. A seleção dos estudos ocorreu em agosto e setembro de 2021e a amostra final foi composta por 16 artigos que possibilitou a escolha dos temas pertinentes ao objetivo do aplicativo e a construção do conteúdo. A validação do conteúdo e aparência do aplicativo móvel foi realizada por sete juízes especialistas e sete enfermeiros especialistas que compuseram o público-alvo. Os questionários foram analisados com base na mensuração do Índice de Validade de Conteúdo (IVC). Conclusão: evidenciou-se que a tecnologia mHealth constitui uma inovação tecnológica em saúde, por ser fundamentado nas necessidades dos profissionais e nas recomendações científicas. A validação de conteúdo e aparência por juízes especialistas e público-alvo, por meio do IVC e alfa de Cronbach, foram satisfatórios garantindo a validade e confiabilidade da tecnologia desenvolvida.

ABSTRACT: Introduction: Prenatal care is an important tool for monitoring pregnant women, offering a set of clinical and educational procedures to promote health and early identify problems that may pose risks to the health of the pregnant woman and the fetus. Mobile health technologies, mobile health, are evaluated as medicine or public health practiced through mobile devices such as cell phones, patient monitoring devices, personal digital assistants and other wireless devices. Mobile health was recognized by the World Organization as a potential strategy for health practices, benefiting from the incorporation of this artifact on an increasingly frequent basis. Objective: To describe the development of content for a mHealth technology, like a mobile application, for monitoring prenatal consultations. Methodology: This is a methodological study through three stages: situational diagnosis of scientific and technological production on the subject, development of a mHealth technology, of the mobile application type, and validation by expert judges and target audience. Results: The situational diagnosis of scientific and technological production was carried out through an integrative literature review carried out in the MEDLINE, Web of Science, CINAHL, SCOPUS and LILACS databases. The selection of studies took place in August and September 2021 and the final sample consisted of 16 articles that allowed the choice of topics relevant to the objective of the application and the construction of the content. Validation of the content and appearance of the mobile application was carried out by seven specialist judges and seven specialist nurses who made up the target audience. The questionnaires were analyzed based on the measurement of the Content Validity Index (CVI). Conclusion: it was shown that the mHealth technology constitutes a technological innovation in health, as it is based on the needs of professionals and scientific recommendations. The validation of content and appearance by expert judges and the target audience, using the CVI and Cronbach's alpha, were satisfactory, guaranteeing the validity and reliability of the developed technology.
