IMPLANTAÇÃO DA POLÍTICA DE INFORMAÇÃO PARA O REPOSITÓRIO TEMÁTICO PROGRAMA DE PÓS- GRADUAÇÃO EM ARTES, PATRIMÔNIO E MUSEOLOGIA DA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO PIAUÍ

Abstract

RESUMO: Os repositórios digitais são ferramentas de acesso à comunicação e informação, que permitem armazenar, preservar e disseminar informações, contribuem para gerar novos conhecimentos por compartilhamento da produção já existente. São reconhecidos pelas instituições de ensino, pesquisa, cultura como uma importante aliada na gestão de suas produções; possibilitam ampla comunicação científica, contribuem para a visibilidade e credibilidade das instituições. O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de elaborar uma proposta de política de informação e implantação do Repositório Temático para o Programa de Pós-Graduação em Artes, Patrimônio e Museologia com o uso do Tainacan, bem como desenvolver políticas que assegurem o desenvolvimento e funcionamento pleno do repositório temático, permitir o acesso livre às produções científicas do Programa de Pós-graduação do Mestrado em Artes, Patrimônio e Museologia, gerenciar e recuperar a produção científica do programa com o uso do software tainacan e contribuir para ampliar a visibilidade da produção do Programa. O Tainacan é uma ferramenta flexível e poderosa para WordPress, que permite a gestão e a publicação de coleções digitais com a mesma facilidade de se publicar posts em blogs, mas mantendo todos os requisitos de uma plataforma profissional para repositórios. Utilizou-se como metodologia a pesquisa bibliográfica a partir da fundamentação por meio de livros, dissertações, artigos, etc. Com base nas informações adquiridas o estudo concluiu que inúmeros são os desafios para uma proposta de política de informação e implantação do Repositório Temático do Ecomuseu Delta do Parnaíba (MUDE). Esse trabalho é um projeto piloto e sua adesão envolve grandes mudanças na forma como a pesquisa será disseminada, publicada e preservada, além de trazer uma nova configuração ao ambiente da comunicação científica. Alguns aspectos influenciam diretamente o sucesso desse projeto, tais como: técnicos, ambiente e atores envolvidos, pois uma política de informação lançada em moldes não participativos estaria fadada ao fracasso. O desenvolvimento de um repositório em qualquer instituição é um projeto de longo prazo, dada sua complexidade é necessário o envolvimento de toda uma equipe. Sendo assim, este trabalho colabora de forma significativa para uma futura política de acesso à informação do Repositório Institucional da recém-criada Universidade Federal do Delta do Parnaíba – UFDPar, esse serviço disponibiliza a Biblioteca da Instituição e será um exercício para os cursos não só de pós-graduação em Artes, Patrimônio e Museologia, mas das pós-graduações de toda instituição.ABSTRACT:Digital repositories are communication and information access tools that allow the storage, preservation and dissemination of information, contributing to generate new knowledge by sharing existing production. They are recognized by educational institutions, research, culture as an important ally in the management of their productions; enable broad scientific communication, contribute to the visibility and credibility of institutions. This paper aims to develop a proposal for information policy and implementation of the Thematic Repository for the Graduate Program in Arts, Heritage and Museology with the use of Tainacan, as well as develop policies that ensure the development and full operation of the program. thematic repository, allow free access to the scientific productions of the Master’s Degree Program in Arts, Heritage and Museology, manage and retrieve the scientific production of the program with the use of tainacan software and contribute to broaden the visibility of the production of the program. Tainacan is a flexible and powerful tool for WordPress that enables you to manage and publish digital collections as easily as blogging posts, while maintaining all the requirements of a professional repository platform. It was used as methodology the bibliographical research from the foundation through books, dissertations, articles, etc. Based on the information acquired, the study concluded that there are numerous challenges for a proposed information policy and implementation of the Parnaíba Delta Ecomuseum Thematic Repository (MUDE). This work is a pilot project and its adherence involves major changes in the way research will be disseminated, published and preserved, as well as bringing a new configuration to the scientific communication environment. Some aspects directly influence the success of this project, such as technicians, environment and actors involved, since an information policy launched in a non-participatory manner would be doomed to failure. Developing a repository in any institution is a long-term project, because its complexity requires the involvement of an entire team. Thus, this work contributes significantly to a future policy of access to information of the Institutional Repository of the newly created Federal University of Parnaíba Delta - UFDPar, this service provides the Library of the Institution and will be an exercise for courses not only of postgraduate studies in Arts, Heritage and Museology, but postgraduate studies in every institution.
