“EU POSSO VER ESTRELA SEM VER UMA GRADE”: relatos das experiências de mulheres egressas de uma penitenciária mista

Abstract

RESUMO O presente trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar a narrativa de mulheres egressas do sistema penitenciário quanto às experiências que vivenciaram durante o período em que estiveram privadas da liberdade e como este período que passaram presas impactou e impacta a sua vida e sua rede de relacionamentos. Nesse sentido, buscou-se compreender como se deram as vivências no âmbito dos relacionamentos afetivos e afetivo-sexuais durante o período que estiveram reclusas e refletir sobre as estratégias que essas mulhe res adotaram no sentido de enfrentar as adversidades que se vislumbram, em virtude das questões de gênero, e que influenciam a forma como mulheres vivenciam o cárcere e o pós -cárcere. Utilizou-se uma abordagem qualitativa na qual foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica e entrevistas semiestruturadas que, por sua vez, foram analisadas por meio do método de interpretação de sentidos. A partir de uma perspectiva feminista crítica, pautando -se em epistemologias de fronteira, realizou-se um estudo bibliográfico que, somado ao levantamentos de informações publicadas pelo Ministério da Justiça, trazem um panorama sobre o perfil sociodemográfico das mulheres encarceradas no Brasil, possibilitando a construção de um referencial teórico que discute os temas mais pertinentes neste trabalho, quais sejam: gênero, cárcere, relações sociais, criminalidade feminina, afetos, desigualdades sociais e questões interseccionais. A pesquisa analisa as trajetórias de cinco mulheres que experienciaram a vida no cárcere e vivenciaram relacionamentos enquanto presas. Procedeu-se à narrativa das suas histórias de vida, relatadas sob a perspectiva delas próprias. Os relatos abriram inúmeras possibilidades de análise, não apenas sobre relacionamentos amorosos, mas sobre a vida antes do cárcere, o ingresso no âmbito criminal, redes de afetos e a vida em liberdade após a experiência da prisão. Por isso, reflexões sobre questões como desigualdades, exclusão, violência e estratégias de sobrevivência foram analisadas de forma relacional às quest ões de relacionamentos afetivos, pois também atravessam a história de vida das mulheres ouvidas.

ABSTRACT The present work aims to present the narrative of women released from the penitentiary system regarding the experiences they had during the period in which they were deprived of their liberty and how this period they spent in prison impacted and impacts their life and their network of relationships. In this sense, we sought to understand how the experiences in the scope of affective and affective-sexual relationships occurred during the period they were inmates and to reflect on the strategies that these women adopted in order to face the adversities that are foreseen, due to the issues gender, and that influence the way women experience prison and post-prison. A qualitative approach was used, in which a bibliographic review and semi -structured interviews were carried out, which, in turn, were analyzed using the method of interpretation of meanings. From a critical feminist perspective, based on border epistemologies, a bibliographic study was carried out that, added to the surveys of information published by the Ministry of Justice, provide an overview of the sociodemographic p rofile of women incarcerated in Brazil, enabling the construction of a theoretical framework that discusses the most relevant themes in this work, namely: gender, prison, social relations, female criminality, affections, social inequalities and intersectio nal issues. The research analyzes the trajectories of five women who experienced life in prison and experienced relationships while incarcerated. We proceeded to the narrative of their life stories, told from their own perspective. The reports opened up numerous possibilities for analysis, not only about love relationships, but about life before prison, entering the criminal sphere, networks of affection and life in freedom after the prison experience. Therefore, reflections on issues such as inequalities, exclusion, violence and survival strategies were analyzed in a relational way to issues of affective relationships, as they also cross the life history of the women heard.
