UMA PROPOSTA DE SEQUÊNCIA DIDÁTICA SOBRE AS LEIS DE NEWTON: utilizando o Filme Star Trek (2009) como organizador prévio

Abstract

RESUMO Este trabalho foi desenvolvido na escola Militar Tiradentes IV, município de Caxias, Estado do Maranhão. Os alunos participantes da pesquisa cursavam o segundo ciclo do Ensino Fundamental, no nono ano. A intervenção se deu através de uma abordagem significativa, embasada na teoria de David Ausubel, considerando o filme Star Trek como organizador prévio e o eixo Terra e Universo estabelecido pela Base Nacional Comum Curricular. A metodologia dos trabalhos utilizou-se de abordagens qualitativas, por meio de formulário, questionário, trabalho em equipe, jogos e exposição. Ao final, concluiu-se que o filme Jornada nas Estrelas, Star Trek, foi válido como recurso para uma aprendizagem significativa, de maneira que os alunos puderam apresentar uma melhor compreensão dos conceitos e aplicações das Leis de Newton no ambiente escolar e em situações da vida na Terra e no espaço.

ABSTRACT This study was developed at Tiradentes IV Military School, Caxias, Maranhão State, Brazil. The students participating in the research were in the second cycle of the Elementary School, in the ninth grade. The intervention took place through a significant approach, based on David Ausubel's theory, considering the movie Star Trek as a previous organizer and the axis Earth and Universe established by the Common National Curricular Base. The methodology used a qualitative approach, using forms, questionnaires, teamwork, games, and presentations. At the end, it was concluded that the movie Star Trek was valid as a resource for meaningful learning, so that students could present a better understanding of the concepts and applications of Newton's Laws in the school environment and in situations of life on Earth and in space.
