(DES) CAMINHOS DA REDE DE PROTEÇÃO NO ENFRENTAMENTO DA VIOLÊNCIA SEXUAL CONTRA CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES NO MUNICÍPIO DE TIMON – MA

Abstract

RESUMO: Analisar o enfrentamento da violência sexual infantojuvenil no município de Timon - MA a partir da experiência dos profissionais que compõem a rede de proteção, constituiu-se como objetivo geral desse estudo. Assim, buscou-se compreender os processos de trabalho, intervenções, articulações, alcances e limites empreendidos por esses atores com base em um estudo de caso e de abordagem qualitativa que se apoiou nos significados atribuídos pelos participantes às suas experiências profissionais. Para a coleta de informações utilizouse entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas entre os meses de outubro e novembro de 2017 com dez profissionais que atuam no Judiciário, Ministério Público, CREAS, Conselho Tutelar, Delegacia da Mulher e Vigilância Epidemiológica. A partir dos relatos dos participantes foram identificadas quatro categorias temáticas: caracterização da violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes; os olhares acerca da família; articulação e funcionamento: a visão dos atores que operacionalizam a rede; a rede de proteção: avanços e desafios no enfrentamento da violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes; categorias analisadas a luz do referencial teórico. Ademais, observou-se que as instituições que compõem a rede de proteção do referido município estão envolvidas numa complexa organização com funções orientadas a um objetivo em comum, no entanto, esbarram em questões cotidianas como a falta de recursos humanos, materiais, financeiros, falta de diálogo e conflitos. A partir do desenvolvimento de parcerias e estratégias formais e informais para o enfrentamento da violência sexual infantojuvenil, evidenciou-se contradições inerentes ao trabalho em rede e que resultam nos limites e possibilidades de intervenção e confrontação da problemática apresentada. Constatou-se a partir dos resultados desse estudo a relevância das redes de proteção na atenção integral às vítimas de violência sexual, no entanto, é necessário refletir sobre desafios, mediações e que caminhos construir ou descontruir para o alcance desse propósito.

ABSTRACT: Analyzing the confrontation of child and sexual violence in the municipality of Timon - MA from the professionals that make up the protection network, was constituted as object of this study. Thus, it was sought to understand the work processes, interventions, articulations, scope and limits undertaken by these actors based on a case study, with a qualitative approach based on the meanings attributed by the participants to their social experiences. For the collection of information, semi-structured interviews were conducted between October and November 2017 with ten professionals working in the Judiciary, Public Prosecutor's Office, CREAS, Tutelar Council, Women's Police Station and Epidemiological Surveillance. From the reports of the participants were identified four thematic categories emerged: characterization of sexual violence against children and adolescents; the looks about the family; articulation and functioning: the vision of the actors that operate the network; the safety net: advances and challenges in tackling sexual violence against children and adolescents. Thus, it was observed that the institutions that make up the protection network of the mentioned municipality are involved in a complex organization with functions oriented to a common goal, however, they run into everyday issues such as lack of human, material and financial resources, lack dialogue, conflicts, but also develop formal and informal partnerships and strategies for coping with sexual violence against children and adolescents, revealing the inherent contradictions of networking and resulting in the limits and possibilities of intervention and coping with the problems presented. From the results of this research, the relevance of the networks of protection in the integral attention to the victims of sexual violence was verified, however, it is necessary to reflect on challenges, mediations and ways to follow to achieve this purpose.
