CONSTRUÇÃO E AVALIAÇÃO DE AMBIENTE VIRTUAL DE APRENDIZAGEM PARA ENSINO DE SEGURANÇA DO PACIENTE NA TERAPIA MEDICAMENTOSA NA GRAUAÇÃO EM ENFERMAGEM

Abstract

RESUMO: Introdução: O Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem (AVA) é uma Tecnologia da Informação e da Comunicação compreendida por sistemas que sintetizam a funcionalidade de software para comunicação, mediada por computador e métodos de entrega de material de cursos online, cujo espaço permite interatividade na práxis pedagógica. Objetivo: Construir e avaliar com juízes especialistas em enfermagem em segurança do paciente e informática um AVA para ensino de segurança do paciente na terapia medicamentosa para graduandos em enfermagem. Método: Estudo metodológico desenvolvido em três etapas: I-revisão integrativa da literatura, II-Construção e III-Avaliação do AVA. A construção se deu em cinco fases: análise, design, desenvolvimento, implementação e avaliação sistematizada, conforme o Design Instrucional Contextualizado, e subsidiada pelo levantamento das necessidades de aprendizado junto a 45 graduandos matriculados no 7º e 9 º período do curso sobre segurança do paciente na terapia medicamentosa. Na terceira etapa foi realizada a avaliação pedagógica e de usabilidade do AVA por juízes enfermeiros, através do instrumento o Learning Object Review Instrument (LORI) e por juízes em Informática, a partir do instrumento contendo as 10 heurísticas de Nielsen, entre os meses de junho e julho de 2020. A validação baseou-se nas classificações de cada item feito pelos juízes, e essas classificações foram utilizadas para calcular o percentual de concordância dos mesmos. Resultado: Denominou-se AVA-SPTEME o ambiente virtual construído, disponível na internet com hospedagem na plataforma moodle cloud, modo básico, no qual se encontra duas unidades de ensino: Segurança do paciente e Segurança na Terapia medicamentosa, elaboradas com materiais e mídias diversas: vídeos, histórias em quadrinhos, infográficos, caça-palavras, quis, fórum, chats e sala de videoconferência. Foi avaliado por 12 juízes em enfermagem com média total do percentual de concordância de 91,7%. Com exceção da variável “Acessibilidade”, todas as demais obtiveram percentual de concordância acima de 80%, com destaque para as variáveis “qualidade do conteúdo”, “Alinhamento dos objetivos de aprendizagem”, “Feedback e Adaptação”, “motivação” e Conformidade com os Padrões que obtiveram um percentual de 100%. O percentual de concordância dos juízes em informática foi de 90% e a maioria inclinou para as categorias de “erro não importante” e “erro simples” nas heurísticas avaliadas. As recomendações sugeridas pelos juízes foram, em parte, atendidas. Conclusão: O AVA SPTEME foi avaliado positivamente pelos juízes especialistas, os quais consideraram uma tecnologia educacional favorável ao ensino de segurança do paciente na terapia medicamentosa para graduando de enfermagem. ABSTRACT: Introduction: The Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) is an Information and Communication Technology comprised of systems that synthesize the software functionality for communication, mediated by computer and methods of delivering online course material, whose space allows interactivity in the pedagogical praxis. Objective: To build and evaluate, with expert judges in nursing in patient safety and information technology, a VLE for teaching patient safety in drug therapy for nursing students. Method: Methodological study developed in three stages: I-integrative literature review, II-Construction and III-VLE Evaluation. The construction took place in five phases: analysis, design, development, implementation and systematic evaluation, according to the Contextualized Instructional Design, and subsidized by the survey of the learning needs of 45 undergraduate students enrolled in the 7th and 9th period of the course on patient safety in drug therapy. In the third stage, the pedagogical and usability assessment of the VLE was carried out by nurse judges, using the Learning Object Review Instrument (LORI) and by judges in Informatics, using the instrument containing the 10 Nielsen heuristics, between the months of June and July 2020. The validation was based on the classifications of each item made by the judges, and these classifications were used to calculate their percentage of agreement. Result: AVA-SPTEME was named the built virtual environment, available on the internet with hosting on the moodle cloud platform, basic mode, in which there are two teaching units: Patient safety and Safety in drug therapy, made with different materials and media : videos, comics, infographics, word search, wanted, forum, chats and videoconference room. It was evaluated by 12 nursing judges with a mean total percentage of agreement of 91.7%. With the exception of the variable “Accessibility”, all the others obtained an agreement percentage above 80%, with emphasis on the variables “content quality”, “Alignment of learning objectives”, “Feedback and Adaptation”, “motivation” and Compliance with the Standards that obtained a percentage of 100%. The percentage of agreement of the judges in informatics was 90% and the majority inclined towards the categories of "not important error" and "simple error" in the evaluated heuristics. The recommendations suggested by the judges were partly followed. Conclusion: AVA SPTEME was positively evaluated by expert judges, who considered educational technology favorable to teaching patient safety in drug therapy for nursing graduates.
