A DIMENSÃO POLÍTICA DA HERMENÊUTICA DE GADAMER

Abstract

RESUMO:A presente discussão tematiza a dimensão política da hermenêutica de Gadamer e uma conexão com uma perspectiva democrática de vida em comum. Visando compreender a contribuição da filosofia hermenêutica gadameriana, perpassaremos as seguintes etapas: a) Analisar como o projeto da hermenêutica filosófica de Gadamer lança luzes para a dimensão política nas sociedades contemporâneas; b) Mostrar que a filosofia da práxis de Gadamer é portadora de elementos que nos movem à ação solidária enquanto pertencentes a comunidades políticas; c) Analisar como Gadamer proporciona, em sua hermenêutica, aspectos que apontam para a prática e reconhecimento das solidariedades em um contexto democrático. Pretendemos mostrar que Gadamer não tem uma teoria democrática abrangente ou mesmo uma teoria da justiça, mas aborda um aspecto da política fortemente entendida como participação, a saber, a solidariedade compartilhada. Além das obras Verdade e Método e La Herencia de Europa, outras serão revisitadas, bem como seus últimos escritos, que enfatizam elevada importância à resolução da questão central deste estudo. ABSTRACT:The present discussion thematizes the political dimension of Gadamer's hermeneutics and a connection with a democratic perspective of life in common. In order to understand the contribution of the hermeneutic philosophy of Gadamer, we will go through the following steps: a) To analyze how the project of the philosophical hermeneutics of Gadamer sheds light on the political dimension in contemporary societies; b) To show that Gadamer's philosophy of praxis carries elements that move us to solidarity action while belonging to political communities; c) To analyze how Gadamer provides, in his hermeneutics, aspects that point to the practice and recognition of solidarities in a democratic context. We want to show that Gadamer does not have a comprehensive democratic theory or even a theory of justice but addresses an aspect of politics that is strongly understood as participation, namely, shared solidarity. In addition to the Truth and Method and La Herencia de Europa works, others will be revisited, as well as his later writings, which emphasize the importance of solving the central issue of this study.
