O PROCESSO DE IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DAS AÇÕES DO PROGRAMA LAGOAS DO NORTE EM TERESINA E SUA INFLUÊNCIA NAS CONDIÇÕES DE SAÚDE DA POPULAÇÃO QUE VIVE EM SEU ENTORNO

Abstract

RESUMO: A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo identificar as influências do Programa Lagoas do Norte na saúde das famílias que residem no entorno do Parque Lagoas do Norte, em Teresina (PI). O referido estudo foi realizado por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, seguidas da pesquisa empírica, para a qual se analisou as condições de saúde dessas famílias, após a implementação do Programa Lagoas do Norte. A investigação empreendida envolveu a análise das concepções e discussões acerca das seguintes categorias teóricas: políticas públicas, saúde, cidadania e programa Lagoas do Norte. Os resultados mostram que as vulnerabilidades e riscos que perpassam o cotidiano dessas famílias apresentam demandas, sobretudo para as políticas de saúde, urbanização e de habitação, contexto em que a requalificação ambiental, a recuperação das lagoas, a realocação de famílias, bem como a reconstrução e reforma de moradias tem promovido a melhoria da qualidade de vida e repercutido na evolução dos níveis de saúde da referida população. ABSTRACT: This research aims to identify the influences of North Ponds program on the health off amiliesresiding in the vicinity of North Ponds Park in Teresina(PI). The study was conducted through bibliographical and documentar research followed by empirical research, for which analyzed the health conditions of these families after the implementation of the North Lakes Program. The investigation carried out involved the analysis of the conceptions of which are guided by the theories and discussions of the following theoretical categories listed: public policy, health, citizenshipand North Ponds program. The results show that the vulnerabilities and risks that pervade the daily lives of these families have de mands above all for health policies, urbanization and housing, contexto where environmental rehabilitation, recovery of the ponds, there location off amilies and reconstruction and renovation of dwellings has promoted the improvement of quality of life and reflected in the evolution of the health status of this population.
