“NEM SINTÉTICA, NEM NATURAL” A ETNOGRAFIA DE UMA FESTA EM TERESINA

Abstract

RESUMO:Este trabalho movimenta-se a partir dos objetivos de pesquisar e analisar as identidades sexuais ditas de “fronteiras” que os sujeitos atualizam e deslocam através de performances sobre o ser, para além da partição masculino/feminino. A partir de agosto de 2015, foi criada em Teresina a “Festa sintética”, que constitui o contexto dessa pesquisa. Em tais espaços ocorrem as ações performáticas como shows, dublagens, som de DJ, em que analisarei a partir da teoria de gênero e performance de Judith Butler (2016), Richard Schechner (2006), Gilles Deleuze e Félix Guattari (2007), principalmente. A pesquisa de campo iniciou-se em dezembro de 2016, quando conheci pessoas que despertaram minha curiosidade sobre o tema. Uma vez em campo, centrei-me em três sujeitos, pelas suas centralidades na festa e nas performances. João, Sam e Letícia foram meus colaboradores na pesquisa: contaram-me das festas, das suas performances, e das suas sexualidades. Desse modo, a interpretação etnográfica concentra-se tanto nos discursos dos sujeitos quanto em suas performances nas festas. Essa pesquisa mostra um contexto social e posição sexual de estar e ser entre fronteiras. A festa na cidade é um espaço visto como “libertário” e “político” em que ampliam as possibilidades de ser dos sujeitos, de se constituírem para além do masculino e do feminino: “Não sou homem e nem sou mulher, quem sou?” ABSTRACT:This paper moves from the objectives of researching and analyzing the sexual identities so-called "boundary" in which subjects actualize and move through performances about the being beyond the male / female partition. From August of 2015 the "Synthetic Party" was created in Teresina, which constitutes the context of this research. In such spaces there are performance actions such as concerts, dubbing, DJing, in which I analyze from the genre and performance theory of Judith Butler (2016), Richard Schechner (2006), Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari (2007), mainly. Field research begins in December 2016 when I met people who aroused my curiosity about the subject. Once in the field I focused on three subjects for their centralities in the party and the performances. John, Sam and Leticia were my collaborators in the research: they told me about the parties, their performances, and their sexuality. Thus the ethnographic interpretation is concentrated in both the subjects' discourses and their performances at parties. This research shows a social context and sexual position of being and being between borders. The party in the city is a space seen as "libertarian" and "political" in which they expand the possibilities of being of the subjects to be constituted beyond the masculine and feminine: "I am not a man and I am not a woman, who am I?"
