UMA INTERVENÇÃO UTILIZANDO AS OPERAÇÕES COM NÚMEROS RACIONAIS: UM ESTUDO PARA ALUNOS DE COELHO NETO - MA

Abstract

RESUMO:Este trabalho tem como objetivo identificar as dificuldades dos alunos do 1o ano do ensino médio, turno matutino, ano 2019, do C. E. Prof. Antônio Nonato Sampaio, em relação às operações básicas com números racionais e apresentar um modelo de projeto de intervenção pedagógica para a melhoria dessa realidade. Sem o domínio deste conteúdo o aluno não terá como progredir nos estudos, não poderá adquirir novos conhecimentos, como por exemplo a estatística e matemática financeira, e também não poderá progredir em outras disciplinas como a física e química, onde necessitam rotineiramente operar com números racionais, principalmente nos estudos de grandezas e medidas. Além disso, é um tema muito cobrado pelo ENEM e que serve de base para outros conteúdos da matemática, como por exemplo, análise combinatória, probabilidade, logaritmos, entre outros. Neste trabalho, através de um pré-teste, será apresentado o nível de conhecimento trazido pelo alunos do ensino fundamental a respeito dos números racionais, justificando a necessidade de um projeto de intervenção educacional, tendo em vista a imensa aplicabilidade deste conteúdo em resolver problemas práticos, de modo que os alunos possam progredir nos estudos e na vida. Após aplicação do projeto, foi aplicado um pós-teste para avaliar o aprendizado. Os resultados apontam uma melhoria na aprendizagem, e para isto foi realizado uma analise estatística dos resultados, através do teste de Wilcoxon com medidas e gráficos estatísticos.

ABSTRACT:This paper aims to identify the difficulties of students in the 1st year of high school, morning shift, year 2019, by C. E. Prof. Antônio Nonato Sampaio, in relation to basic operations with rational numbers and present a model of pedagogical intervention project to improve this reality. Without mastery of this content the student will not be able to progress in studies, will not be able to acquire new knowledge, such as statistics and financial mathematics, nor can progress in other disciplines such as physics and chemistry, where they routinely need to operate with rational numbers, mainly in studies of quantities and measures. In addition, it is a subject that is heavily demanded by ENEM and which underpins other mathematical contents, such as combinatorial analysis, probability, logarithms, among others. In this paper, through a pre-test, will be presented the level of knowledge brought by elementary students about rational numbers, justifying the need for an educational intervention project, considering the immense applicability of this content in solving practical problems. so that students can make progress in their studies and in life. After application of the project, a post-test was applied to evaluate the learning. The results indicate an improvement in learning, and for this a statistical analysis of the results was performed through the Wilcoxon test with measures and statistical graphs.
