PROJETO ARQUITETÔNICO DE | 3 REABILITAÇÃO PARA NOVO USO SOCIAL DO ANTIGO GRUPO ESCOLAR DEPUTADO JOÃO PINTO BAIRRO COQUEIRO\ LUÍS CORREIA\ PIAUÍ

Abstract

RESUMO:A criação de projeto arquitetônico de reabilitação para novo uso social do antigo Grupo Escolar Deputado João Pinto materializa nossos estudos e intervenções. Revitalizar com o propósito de instalar o Museu da Vila e o Programa de Pós-Graduação, Mestrado Profissional, em Artes, Patrimônio e Museologia, da Universidade Federal do Piauí, no antigo edifício localizado na esquina da rua Antonieta Reis Veloso com a Rua José Quirino, no bairro Coqueiro, Luís Correia, Piauí, um dos dez municípios que integram a Área de Proteção Ambiental (APA) Delta do Parnaíba. O Museu da Vila é uma concepção e coordenação do Programa de Pós-Graduação, que desde junho de 2018 funciona no antigo prédio, sem uso há mais de sete anos, o que o tornava suscetível a depredações e degradações. Propomos requalificação da edificação para uso socioeducativo e cultural do espaço, que possui uma localização geográfica privilegiada – a entrada principal do bairro, há 100 metros da orla da praia. O imóvel é de propriedade do Governo do Estado do Piauí e foi cedido pela Lei Estadual n° 7.178, de 9 de janeiro de 2019, para o Mestrado em Museologia da Universidade Federal do Piauí, hoje, Universidade Federal do Delta. No Projeto Arquitetônico consideramos além das marcas de identidade e memórias da antiga escola, de valor inestimável para os moradores, um plano de necessidades de uma sede de museu de território: uma sala de exposições, um núcleo de pesquisa, documentação e memória, uma sala multiuso, um espaço multiuso, um café, um depósito e dois banheiros PCD; bem como, a readequações nas fachadas e paisagismo para exposição de uma embarcação que fora usada na pesca artesanal do Bairro. O Projeto Arquitetônico segue as normatizações da ABNT NBR 6492/1994, NBR 9050/2015, NBR 16636-1/2017 e os condicionantes legais municipais, estaduais e federais. Elegemos como públicos privilegiados os moradores do bairro Coqueiro, vez que será um equipamento cultural em um lugar carente dessa natureza de serviços. O Museu da Vila, igualmente, oferecerá a pesquisadores e visitantes a possibilidade de desfrutarem dos ambientes, partilharem estudos e pesquisas multidisciplinares sobre o território. Será um espaço de ações e intervenções educativas e culturais, com foco nas pessoas, nos patrimônios e meio ambiente, associados, dentre muitas marcas de identidade, à pesca artesanal, construção de embarcações, artesanato de fibras de palmeiras locais, linha, madeira, argila, gastronomia e turismo de base comunitária.ABSTRACT;The creation of an architectural rehabilitation project for the new social use of the former School Group Deputy João Pinto, that materializes our studies and interventions, so that revitalizing for the purpose of installing the Museum of the Village and the Postgraduate Program, Professional Master’s Degree in Arts, Heritage and Museology, of the Federal University of Piauí. The old building is located at the corner of Antonieta Reis Veloso Street and José Quirino Street, in the Coqueiro neighborhood, Luís Correia, Piauí. It is one of the ten municipalities that are part of the Environmental Protection Area (APA) Delta do Parnaíba. The Museum of the Village is a conception and coordination of the Graduate Program, which since June 2018 has been operating in the old building, unused for more than seven years, which made it susceptible to depredations and degradations. We propose the requalification of the building for socio-educational and cultural use of the space, which has a privileged geographical location - the main entrance of the neighborhood, there are 100 meters from the edge of the beach. The property is owned by the Government of the State of Piauí and was ceded by State Law No. 7,178, of January 9, 2019, to the Master’s in Museology of the Federal University of Piauí. It is currently called Federal University of Delta. In the Architectural Project we consider beyond the marks of identity and memories of the old school, of inestimable value to the residents, a needs plan of a territory museum headquarters: an exhibition room, a nucleus of research, documentation and memory, a room multipurpose, a space multipurpose, a cafe, a storage room and two bathrooms PCD; as well as the implantation of pergolas to expand the exhibition areas, building signage, façade adjustments and the exposure of a vessel that was used in the neighborhood’s artisanal fishing. The Architectural Project follows the norms of ABNT NBR 6492/1994, NBR 9050/2015, NBR 16636-1 / 2017 and the legal constraints of municipal, state and federal. We chose as privileged public the residents of the Coqueiro neighborhood, since it will be a cultural equipment in a place lacking this kind of services. The Museum of the Village will also offer researchers and visitors the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings, to share studies and multidisciplinary research on the territory. It will be a space of actions and educational and cultural interventions. It focuses on people, heritage and environment, associated, among many brands of identity, artisanal fishing, boat construction, local palm fiber crafts, line, wood, clay, gastronomy and community-based tourism.
