OS DESAFIOS NA ELABORAÇÃO DE UM PROJETO ARQUITETÔNICO PARTICIPATIVO PARA A CONSTRUÇÃO DA SEDE DA ASSOCIAÇÃO DE MORADORES DO BAIRRO COQUEIRO, LUÍS CORREIA, PIAUÍ

Abstract

RESUMO: Apresentamos os resultados de estudos e intervenções de natureza participativa, realizados no Bairro Coqueiro, Luís Correia, litoral do Piauí, um dos dez municípios que formam a Área de Proteção Ambiental – APA Delta do Parnaíba. Investigações de pesquisadoras do Programa de Pós-graduação, Mestrado Profissional, em Museologia da Universidade Federal do Piauí – PPGAPM UFPI, no Bairro Coqueiro, desde 2014, nos permitiu a aproximação com dez mulheres, entre 40 a 80 anos, membros da diretoria da Associação de Moradores do Bairro Coqueiro - AMBC, ao longo de um ano, viabilizando, assim, o uso da pesquisa-ação. O contato direto com a comunidade, a relação dialógica estabelecida, facilitou a identificação e problematização de forças, oportunidades, fragilidades e ameaças no Bairro, envolvendo pessoas e instituições, para então delimitarmos a investigação e criarmos produtos e serviços, que atendessem às necessidades de um bairro habitado em sua maioria por famílias de pescadores; construindo de forma coletiva e participativa um trabalho que traduz os conceitos de Museologia e Inovação Social. O desafio e objetivo centraram-se na sensibilização para conhecimento, reconhecimento, preservação e salvaguarda do patrimônio cultural do lugar. O trabalho com a AMBC foi de extrema importância para a aproximação entre a pesquisadora e comunidade, o que nos permitiu, partindo das habilidades profissionais da pesquisadora, construirmos os produtos e serviços resultados desta investigação: um Projeto Arquitetônico para a sede da AMBC, desejo acalantado por aquelas mulheres há mais de vinte anos. Ao longo do trabalho, orientamos a assessoria jurídica e contábil da AMBC prestada pelo PPGAPM UFPI; participamos de ações para captação de recursos para construção da sede, que deve ser um equipamento sociocultural de base comunitária, capaz de promover a interação entre as pessoas do lugar, empresas públicas, privadas e sociais, considerando sempre o conceito de participação e inclusão social, um exercício sistemático de cidadania, de valorização do patrimônio cultural, de afirmação de identidade e pertencimento. Assim, constatamos que a parceria universidade-pesquisador-comunidade é uma importante ferramenta de desenvolvimento e inovação. A relação de aproximação e troca de conhecimentos alimenta um processo contínuo de ensino-aprendizagem onde as práticas cotidianas são suportes para o confronto da teoria com as necessidades da realidade de uma comunidade. ABSTRACT: We present the results of studies and interventions of participatory nature, carried out in the Coqueiro Neighborhood, Luís Correia, in the Piauí coast, one of the ten municipalities that make up the Environmental Protection Area - APA Delta do Parnaíba. Investigations of researchers from the Postgraduate Program, Professional Master’s Degree in Museology at the Federal University of Piauí - PPGAPM UFPI, in the Coqueiro Neighborhood, since 2014, allowed us to approach ten women, between 40 and 80 years old, members of the Association of Residentes of the Coqueiro Neigborhood - AMBC, over a year, thus enabling the use of action research. Direct contact with the community, the dialogical relationship established, facilitated the identification and problematization of forces, opportunities, fragilities and threats in the neighborhood, involving people and institutions, to delimit research and create products and services that meet the needs of a neighborhood inhabited mostly by fishing families; constructing in a collective and participative way a work that departed from the concepts of Museology and Social Innovation. The challenge and objective were focused on awareness raising, recognition, preservation and safeguarding of the cultural heritage of the place. The work with the AMBC was extremely important for the rapprochement between the researcher and the community, which allowed, based on our professional skills, we built the products and services of this research: an Architectural Project for AMBC’s headquarters, more than twenty years ago. Throughout the work, we have accompanied the legal and accounting advice of AMBC provided by PPGAPM UFPI; we participate in actions to raise funds for the construction of headquarters, which should be a community-based socio-cultural equipment capable of promoting interaction between local people, public, private and social enterprises, always considering the concept of participation and social inclusion, a systematic exercise of citizenship, valuing cultural heritage, affirming identity and belonging. Thus, we find that the university-researcher-community partnership is an important development and innovation tool. The relation of approach and exchange of knowledge feeds an ongoing process of teaching-learning where daily practices are supports for the confrontation of theory with the needs of the reality of a community.
