A SUPERVISÃO DE ESTÁGIO E O PROCESSO DE TRABALHO DO ASSISTENTE SOCIAL

Abstract

RESUMO: A supervisão de estágio, enquanto processo de trabalho do assistente social, constitui o objeto de estudo da presente dissertação. Parte-se da noção de que o estágio é o momento da vida acadêmica em que o discente se depara com o exercício profissional, destacando-se como elemento do processo formativo por meio do qual ele tem a possibilidade de decifrar as relações institucionais e elaborar novos saberes por intermédio do conhecimento das expressões da questão social que integram a matéria-prima de sua intervenção profissional. O objetivo, portanto, é analisar a supervisão de estágio curricular obrigatório no contexto da formação profissional dos estudantes de Serviço Social, no período de 2015 a 2017, tendo em vista as perspectivas das Diretrizes Curriculares e as mudanças que ocorreram no mundo do trabalho e do ensino superior nesse ínterim. A pesquisa foi realizada no município de Teresina, teve como campo empírico o Hospital Universitário (HU)/UFPI e o Hospital de Urgência de Teresina (HUT), e contou com 06 sujeitos assistentes sociais supervisoras de campo. A concepção metodológica empregada para apreensão do objeto de estudo está fundamentada no método analítico-crítico-dialético de Marx, a partir de procedimentos metodológicos, como a observação não participante, a entrevista semiestruturada e a análise documental. O estudo revelou que os impactos da precarização do trabalho e do ensino superior têm trazido muitos prejuízos para a processualidade da supervisão, destacando-se: a) a precarização das condições de trabalho, evidenciadas pelo excesso de demanda, por um número insuficiente de profissionais nas instituições estudadas, em especial no HUT, e pela redução de salários; b) redução/ ausência de supervisões conjuntas entre supervisores docentes, de campo e de alunos, acarretando a não articulação entre universidade/campo de estágio; c) o não reconhecimento e valorização da supervisão pela instituição e pelos profissionais, bem como a baixa escolarização dos estagiários. Denota-se, pois, a necessidade de aprofundar a discussão acerca dessa temática, sobretudo em tempos de precarização da educação e do trabalho profissional, objetivando fortalecer os sujeitos envolvidos nesse processo. ABSTRACT: The supervising of internship, as the social worker's work process, constitutes the object of study of this dissertation. It is based on the notion that the internship is the moment of the academic life in which the student is faced with the professional exercise, standing out as an element of the formative process by means of which the student has the possibility to decipher the institutional relations and elaborate new knowledge through the knowledge of the expres-sions of the social question that integrate the raw material of his professional intervention. The objective, therefore, is to analyze the supervision of compulsory curricular internship, con-ceived as a work process of the Social Worker, in the context of the professional training of students of social service, in the period from 2015 to 2017, in view of the perspectives of the Curricular Guidelines and the changes that have occurred in the world of work and higher edu-cation in the interim. The research was carried out in the city of Teresina and had as empirical field the University Hospital (HU) / UFPI and the Hospital of Urgency from Teresina (HUT), and as subjects, social workers who are 6 field supervisors. The methodological conception used to apprehend the object of study is based on Marx's critical analytic method, based on methodological procedures such as non-participant observation, semi-structured interview, documentary analysis. The study revealed that the impacts of the precariousness of work and higher education have caused many losses to the process of supervision, highlighting: a) the precariousness of working conditions, evidenced by the excess of demand and by an insufficient number of professionals in the institutions studied, in particular, in the HUT, besides reduction of salaries; b) reduction / absence of joint supervision between teachers, field supervisors and students, resulting in non-articulation between university / field of training; c) the lack of recog-nition and appreciation of supervision by the institution and professionals, as well as the low level of schooling of the trainees. Therefore, it is necessary to deepen the discussion about this subject, especially in times of precariousness of education and professional work, aiming to strengthen the subjects involved in this process.
