A FUNDAMENTAÇÃO ONTOLÓGICA DO PRINCÍPIO RESPONSABILIDADE DE HANS JONAS E A QUESTÃO DA FALÁCIA NATURALISTA

Abstract

RESUMO: Este trabalho constitui uma investigação da contraposição de Jonas ao legado moderno em matéria de fundamentação da ética. Para Jonas, na modernidade se deu o estabelecimento de dois dogmas, a saber: o de que não há nenhuma verdade metafísica e a impossibilidade de se estabelecer um caminho válido do ser ao dever. De acordo com sua visão, esse segundo dogma ainda não havia sido enfrentado seriamente. Em oposição a ambos, de modo mais especifico ao segundo, é proposto um caminho de superação do dualismo mediante uma ontologia geral do ser real, lançando mão da metafísica e postulando um caminho plausível do ser ao dever. Ao tomar esse caminho, além de se opor ao legado moderno, Jonas assumiu o risco de incorrer na falácia naturalista, risco iminente para todos que se aventurarem a fazer o mesmo trajeto. Com esta investigação, busca-se evidenciar a plausibilidade da proposta Jonasiana. ABSTRACT: This monography is an investigation of Jonas’ opposition to the modern legacy of foundations of ethics. According to Jonas, in modernity, two dogmas were established, namely, that there is no metaphysical truth and the impossibility of establishing a valid path from being to ought being. According to his view, this second dogma had not yet been seriously faced. In opposition to both, more specifically to the second, a path of overcoming dualism is proposed through a general ontology of the real being, using metaphysics and postulating a plausible path from being to ought being. In taking this path, in addition to opposing the modern legacy, Jonas took the risk of incurring the “naturalistic fallacy”, an imminent risk for all who venture to take the same route. With this investigation, we try to show the plausibility of the Jonas’ proposal.
