ESCOLA, EDUCAÇÃO E PATRIMÔNIO CULTURAL

Abstract

RESUMO: A pesquisa-ação teve o objetivo de construir de forma colaborativa, com a professora e os alunos do 5º Ano do Ensino Fundamental no turno da manhã da Escola de Aplicação Campus Ministro Reis Velloso da UFPI. Uma intervenção de natureza experimental de educação e didática do patrimônio como forma de sensibilizá-los para conhecer e reconhecer o rico e complexo patrimônio cultural de sua cidade. A área de estudo e abrangência foi a paisagem cultural da cidade, nomeadamente, o Conjunto Porto das Barcas. Por ser um trabalho de natureza experimental no ensino-aprendizagem, as atividades foram realizadas no mês de outubro de 2016. A inexistência de ações de educação patrimonial em uma cidade tombada como Parnaíba justifica a realização de um trabalho desta natureza, recomendado pelos órgãos de proteção ao patrimônio do país. De caráter interdisciplinar, o estudo-ação vinculase à Linha de pesquisa patrimônio, sociedade, educação e museus, na qual foi desenvolvido. Em consequência disso, o resultado do projeto do mestrado profissional foi produzida uma Cartilha de Educação Patrimonial que atingirá um público educacional existente na rede pública de ensino fundamental da cidade. Esse trabalho tem como parceiros a Universidade Federal do Piauí por meio do Programa de Pós-graduação em Artes, Patrimônio e Museologia (UFPI); a Escola de Aplicação Campus Ministro Reis Velloso e a Prefeitura Municipal de Parnaíba. ABSTRACT: The aim of the action-research was to construct, in a collaborative way, with the 5th grade teacher and the students at the School of Application Campus Ministro Reis Velloso of the UFPI, in the morning shift, an experimental intervention of education and heritage didact as a way to sensitize them to know and recognize the rich and complex cultural heritage of their city. The area of study and scope was the cultural landscape of the city, named Porto das Barcas. Due to the fact that it was an experimental work in teaching and learning, the activities were carried out in october 2016. The lack of heritage education actions in the city of Parnaíba justifies the accomplishment of a work of this nature recommended by the protection organs to the patrimony of the country. In an interdisciplinary character, the study-action is linked to the line of research patrimony, society, education and museums, in which it was developed. As a result, of the project of the professional master's degree produced a Heritage Education Primer that will reach an educational audience in the city's public elementary school system. This work has as partners the Federal University of Piauí through the Postgraduate Program in Arts, Heritage and Museology (UFPI); The School of Application Campus Ministro Reis Velloso and the City Hall of Parnaíba.
