UMA INTRODUÇÃO À PROGRAMAÇÃO LINEAR COM ÊNFASE PARA O ENSINO MÉDIO

Abstract

RESUMO: Neste trabalho apresentamos um estudo sobre Programação Linear, com enfoque para o ensino médio. Isto é, a partir de um problema prático, modelar matematicamente o problema e encontrar a solução de modo geométrico, fazendo uso dos conhecimentos básicos de retas, semi-espaços, sistemas de inequações lineares, plano cartesiano, dentre outros conhecimentos a nível de ensino médio. A Programação Linear possui aplicabilidade nas mais diversas ciências e este é um ponto de partida para motivar os alunos de ensino médio do papel fundamental que a matemática desempenha dentro do contexto social. A simplicidade do método que iremos tratar, convida este aluno a uma vivência prática da aplicação da matemática, ponto abordado com veemência no PCN’s de matemática do ensino médio. Nesse contexto tentamos buscar algumas aplicações que modelam situações reais e que possibilite ao aluno uma relação entre teoria e prática, aspecto importante de sua formação. Além disso, apresentamos também um método prático, para encontrar solução de problemas de programação linear. ABSTRACT: This paper presents a study on Linear Programming, focusing on high school. That is, from a practical problem, to model the problem mathematically and find a solution in a geometric way, make use of the basic knowledge of straight lines, semi-spaces, systems of linear inequalities, Cartesian plane, among other knowledge a level of education medium. Linear Programming has an application in several categories and is a starting point to motivate high school students the fundamental role that a mathematics plays within the social context. The simplicity of the method that we are going to treat invites this student to a practical practice of the application of mathematics, a point that is approached with vehemence without PCN's of high school mathematics. In this context we try to find some applications that model real real and that allows students a relationship between theory and practice, an important aspect of their formation. In addition, it also presents a practical method, to find solution of linear programming problems.
