ESTUDO ANALÍTICO SOBRE A ESTRUTURA DE LIVROS DIGITAIS NOS FORMATOS PDF E EPUB

Abstract

RESUMO: A presente pesquisa objetiva uma análise da estrutura de e-books e, mais especificamente, de formatos e extensões nos suportes de leitura, porque, pela progressiva quantidade de formatos de livros digitais disponíveis atualmente, optamos por sumarizá-los por sua relevância e uso. Critério esse que se fez necessário para a delimitação dos dados e orientações desse estudo. Outro fator de relevância dessa pesquisa foi à verificação das possibilidades de melhorias na diagramação de livros digitais. Em termos ge rais, o presente trabalho teve por objetivo investigar as características técnicas nos formatos de livros digitais. A partir de seu formato, extensão, e compatibilidade através do auxílio de uma metodologia experimental, a análise tabelada e a discussão sobre os resultados obtidos foram condensadas numa relação comparativa entre os parâmetros de diagramação, usabilidade e adaptabilidade de conteúdo das amostras de e -books selecionados. ABSTRACT: This research aims at analyzing the structure of e-books and, more specifically, of formats and extensions in reading media, because, due to the progressive amount of digital book formats currently available, we have chosen to summarize them by their relevance and use. This criterion was necessary for the delimitation of the data and orientations of this study. Another factor of relevance of this research was the verification of the possibilities of improvements in the diagram of digital books. In general terms, the objective of this study was to investigate the technical characteristics of digital book formats. From its format, extension, and compatibility through the aid of an experimental methodology, the tabulated analysis and the discussion about the obtained results were condensed in a comparative relation between the parameters of diagramming, usability and content adaptability of the e-books selected samples.
