O Ecomuseu Delta do Parnaíba se firma no conceito de rede de museus poli nucleares, de territórios e de base comunitária. Sua missão é ser um ecomuseu com as funções de preservação, pesquisa, documentação, comunicação do patrimônio cultural e natural, com acervos operacionais e institucionais da Área de Proteção Ambiental Delta do Parnaíba. O objetivo deste trabalho foi criar um Tesauro das artes de pesca artesanal de um dos acervos operacionais do Museu da Vila, o primeiro núcleo da rede de museus do Ecomuseu Delta do Parnaíba. O Museu da Vila está localizado a 100m da orla da vila-bairro Coqueiro da Praia, onde resistem pescadores artesanais a manterem um ofício e modos de saber-fazer ancestrais. O bairro pertence ao município de Luís Correia, um dos dez que integram a Área de Proteção Ambiental Delta do Parnaíba. Em 2017, sob a orientação das professoras Áurea Pinheiro e Cássia Moura, 15 alunos da 3ª Turma do Programa realizaram nessa localidade um exercício de inventário participativo dos modos de saber-fazer das artes de pesca. Como técnicas e métodos foram utilizadas fichas adaptadas do INRC- Inventário Nacional de Referências Culturais elaboradas por Arantes (2000) para o Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional; a história oral e a etnografia. Como resultado do contato direto com a comunidade de pescadores, elaboramos um conjunto de informações, que neste trabalho foram revisadas, complementadas e sistematizadas, dando-lhes coerência conceitual por meio da elaboração de um vocabulário controlado, o Tesauro das Artes de Pesca Artesanal, e organizadas em uma base de dados, utilizando o software livre Tainacan, – criado em de uma parceria entre a Universidade Federal de Goiás, Ministério da Cultura e o Instituto Brasileiro de Museus. Os colaboradores dessa desta pesquisa foram quinze pescadores artesanais, em atividade, proprietários de canoas e, residentes na vila-bairro. A partir da organização do acervo operacional referente ao patrimônio vivo das artes de pesca artesanal, a equipe do Museu da Vila promoverá o acesso às informações para conhecimento, reconhecimento e salvaguarda desse patrimônio ancestral, atendendo também às demandas de pesquisa, exposições e ações educativas do Museu. ABSTRACT: The present work is a sequence of studies and interventions of museological research and documentation for the constitution of the Parnaíba Delta Ecomuseum, Matrix Project of the Post-Graduate Program in Arts, Heritage and Museology, Federal University of Piauí-UFPI, which are all linked the Master’s projects. The Parnaíba Delta Ecomuseum is based on the concept of a network of poly-nuclear museums, territories and community-based museums. Its mission is to be an ecomuseum with the functions of preservation, research, documentation, communication of cultural and natural heritage, with operational and institutional collections of the Parnaíba Delta Environmental Protection Area. The objective of this work was to create a thesaurus of artisanal fishing gear from one of the operational collections of the Vila da Musica, the first nucleus of the museum network of the Delta do Parnaíba Ecomuseum. The Vila’s Museum is located 100m from the edge of the village-Coqueiro da Praia neighborhood, where artisan fishermen are able to maintain an ancestral craft and know-how. The district belongs to the municipality of Luís Correia, one of the ten that are part of the Delta Environmental Protection Area of Parnaíba. In 2017, under the guidance of Professors Áurea Pinheiro and Cássia Moura, 15 students of the 3rd Class of the Program carried out in this locality an exercise of participatory inventory of the ways of know-how of fishing gear. The techniques and methods used were adapted from the National Inventory of Cultural References (INRC), prepared by Arantes (2000) for the National Historical and Artistic Heritage Institute; oral history and ethnography. As a result of the direct contact with the fishing community, we elaborated a set of information, which in this work were reviewed, complemented and systematized, giving them conceptual coherence through the elaboration of a controlled vocabulary, the Artisanal Fishing Arts Thesaurus, and organized in a database, using the free software Tainacan, - created in a partnership between the Federal University of Goiás, Ministry of Culture and the Brazilian Institute of Museums. The collaborators of this research were fifteen artisanal fishermen, active, canoe owners and residents of the village-neighborhood. Based on the organization of the operational assets related to the living heritage of artisanal fishing gear, the Vila da Vila team will promote access to information for the knowledge, recognition and safeguarding of this ancestral heritage, as well as the research demands, exhibitions and educational actions of the Museum. Luciana Conrado Martins 2022-08-10T00:00:00Z http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/2545 PERFIL EDUCACIONAL E GERENCIAMENTO DA AÇÃO EDUCATIVA E CULTURAL: propostas para o Museu do Piauí - Casa de Odilon Nunes SANTOS, Hérica Regina Vieira RESUMO: Esse trabalho apresenta o processo e resultados de uma pesquisa-ação desenvolvida no âmbito do Setor Educativo do Museu do Piauí, Casa de Odilon Nunes (MUP), um museu estadual, mantido pela Secretaria de Estado de Cultura do Piauí (SECULT), de vocação histórica, localizado no centro de Teresina, capital do Piauí, Brasil. O objeto de investigação e ação trata-se da Ação Educativa e Cultural do MUP. A partir das investigações realizadas, elaboramos um mapeamento que representa um estudo mais aprofundado sobre esse serviço, em termos de sua estrutura e desenvolvimento, e tem o intuito de verificar a atual situação da área educativo-cultural do Museu. Para tanto, estudamos alguns dos elementos-chave desse serviço, tais como recursos (humanos, materiais e financeiros), concepções teóricas e práticas (abordagem pedagógica, orientação teórico-metodológico de ação e referências), programas e serviços (projetos, ações, atividades e equipes), para compreender sua realidade com inerentes particularidades, principais potencialidades e fragilidades. Com base nesse estudo e nos pressupostos da Museologia, construímos, com o auxílio de profissionais do Setor Educativo do MUP, estratégias para atender algumas das necessidades constatadas a partir das análises. Dentre estas, enfatizamos o delineamento ou estruturação de um perfil educacional fundamentado em documentos norteadores e o gerenciamento mais eficiente das ações. A partir, sobretudo, dessa constatação apresentamos alguns contributos para a qualificação dos trabalhos, dos quais se destacam os subsídios iniciais para o desenvolvimento de uma Política Educativa para o MUP, uma proposta de sistema de gerenciamento para sua Ação Educativa e Cultural, um caderno de apoio pedagógico para professores e apontamentos para a elaboração de um Programa Educativo e Cultural para o Museu. ABSTRACT: This work presents the process and results of an action-research developed within the Educational Sector of the Piauí Museum Odilon Nunes’ House (MUP), a state museum, maintained by the Secretary of State for Culture of Piauí (SECULT), with a historical vocation, located in the center of Teresina, capital of Piauí, Brazil. The object of investigation and action is the Educational and Cultural Action in the MUP. Based on investigations carried out previously, we developed a mapping which represents a more detailed study of this service, in terms of its structure and development, and aims to verify the current situation of the educational-cultural area of the Museum. In order to do so, we studied some of the key elements of this service, such as resources (human, material and financial), theoretical and practical conceptions (pedagogical approach, theoretical and methodological orientation of action and references), programs and services (projects, actions, activities and teams), to understand their reality and inherent particularities, main potentialities and weaknesses. Based on this study and the assumptions of Museology, we have developed, with the help of professionals from the Educational Sector of the MUP, strategies to address some of the needs identified from the analyzes. Among these, we emphasize the design or structuring of an educational profile based on guiding documents and a more efficient management of actions. Based, above all, on this verification, we present some contributions to the qualification of the work, highlighting the initial subsidies for the development of an Educational Policy for the MUP, a proposal for a management system for its Educational and Cultural Action, a pedagogical support book for teachers and notes for the elaboration of an Educational and Cultural Program for the Museum. RESUMO:A proposta deste trabalho é apresentar o percurso de construção de um espaço de natureza museal, não em seu caráter construtivo e edifício, mas sua definição, uma identidade institucional visual, que estruture simbolicamente o posicionamento de gestão das atividades do espaço sobre sua comunidade de interesse. Para o caso, estamos tratando do Museu da Vila, localizado no a 10km do centro da cidade de Luís Correia, no Piauí-BR. O Bairro Coqueiro da Praia assume uma indentidade particular para a construção de um espaço museológico não apenas pela beleza paisagística natural e seu potencial turístico, mas principalmente pelas relações socioculturais e simbólicas que permitiram a sobrevivência e permanência de uma comunidade baseada na coleta e na pesca. Nesse sentido, observa-se nesse lugar um conjunto de hábitos tradicionais, relações e saberes peculiares que ao longo do tempo, em meio as transformações urbanas, econômicas e políticas se tornaram fragilizados, o que serviu para o desenvolvimento de exigências museais desde a instalação de um núcleo projeto MUDE (Rede de Museus de Território do Delta Do Parnaíba), pelo mestrado em Artes, Patrimônio e Museologia da Universidade Federal do Piauí. A proposição do Museu da Vila, envolve de forma essencial a Museologia Social, uma modalidade de prática museal derivada da Nova Museologia que extrapola o padrão tradicional de uma instituição entre paredes e envolve o seu território e que delineia o estabelecimento de um museu integral que proporciona a comunidade uma visão conjectural do seu meio material e cultural. A vocação para um Museu dá a partir da provocação do que é ser um indivíduo de cultura tradicional, e da compreensão de que viver na subsistência da vida mar acima ou mar abaixo traz experiências afetivas e intelectuais que merecem ser anunciadas, refletidas e ressignificados. É necessário promover esse tipo de espaço para facilitar a compreensão da participação que a comunidade pesqueira teve e tem na formação do território do Bairro Coqueiro, bem como observar seus aspectos ocultos ou silenciados pelo apelo turístico, tão evidenciado na região. Em toda a costa brasileira existem comunidades tradicionais com os mais variados costumes e identidades que tem suas relações baseadas na cultura pesqueira que não merecem ser ignoradas e esquecidas. A participação desse grupo de tradição na constituição do Bairro do Coqueiro da Praia em Luís Correia (PI), todavia, é única, logo, um espaço institucional que se proponha revelar as peculiaridades locais precisa de um elemento específico de identificação e diferenciação. Para o momento, nesse sentido, foi obrigatório criar um meio de comunicação (marca) que seja capaz de contribuir de forma eficaz no reconhecimento tanto do centro de interpretação quanto de seus espaços, bem como a construção de uma estratégia de comunicação (branding) que promova vantagens competitivas de mercado quanto ao consumo de serviços, cultura e arte e sua notoriedade. Neste contexto, esse trabalho trata do processo de construção da identidade visual do museu da Vila na defesa e apresentação das referencias da identidade local do Bairro Coqueiro da Praia em Luís Correia. ABSTRACT:The purpose of this work is to present the construction of a space of a museum nature, not in its constructive character and building, but its definition, a visual institutional identity, that symbolically structures the management position of space activities over its community of interest . For the case, we are dealing with the Museu da Vila, located at 10km from the center of the city of Luís Correia, in Piauí-BR. The Coqueiro da Praia neighborhood assumes particular indignity for the construction of a museum space not only for its natural beauty and tourism potential, but mainly for the socio-cultural and symbolic relations that allowed the survival and permanence of a community based on collection and fishing. In this sense, we observe a set of traditional habits, relations and peculiar knowledge that over time, amid the urban, economic and political transformations have become fragile, which has served to develop museum requirements since the installation of a nucleus project MUDE (Network of Territory Museums of the Delta Do Parnaíba), by the Masters in Arts, Heritage and Museology of the Federal University of Piauí. The proposal of the Museu da Vila, essentially involves Social Museology, a modality of museum practice derived from New Museology that extrapolates the traditional pattern of an institution between walls and surrounds its territory and which delineates the establishment of a comprehensive museum that provides the community a conjectural view of their material and cultural milieu. The vocation for a Museum gives from the provocation of what it is to be an individual of traditional culture, and of the understanding that living in the subsistence of life above sea or sea below brings emotional and intellectual experiences that deserve to be announced, reflected and redefined. It is necessary to promote this type of space to facilitate the understanding of the participation that the fishing community had and has in the formation of the territory of the Coqueiro Neighborhood, as well as to observe its aspects hidden or silenced by the tourist appeal, so evidenced in the region. All along the Brazilian coast there are traditional communities with the most varied customs and identities that have their relationships based on the fishing culture that do not deserve to be ignored and forgotten. The participation of this group of tradition in the constitution of the Coqueiro da Praia neighborhood in Luís Correia (PI), however, is unique, so an institutional space that proposes to reveal the local peculiarities needs a specific element of identification and differentiation. For that moment, it was necessary to create a means of communication (brand) that is capable of contributing effectively to the recognition of both the interpretation center and its spaces, as well as the construction of a communication strategy (branding) that promote competitive market advantages in terms of the consumption of services, culture and art and its notoriety. Foi realizado na Vila-Bairro Coqueiro da Praia, no município de Luís Correia (PI). Para tanto, foram utilizados processos poéticos e intervenção em arte, como instrumento para conscientização através de práticas de educação patrimonial, em uma série de encontros que convergiam em oficinas, conversas, apresentações, visitas à exposição e intervenção artística na Vila-Bairro. Participaram: um grupo-pesquisador, os estudantes da Escola Municipal Carmosina, a Comunidade e artistas convidados. O Projeto Inventar é uma fração das ações que vêm sendo realizadas na região Norte do Estado do Piauí, através do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Arte, Patrimônio e Museologia (PPGAPM), mais especificamente na Área de Proteção Ambiental do Delta do Parnaíba (APA), que idealiza e realiza uma rede de Museus de território na região, visando contribuir para a sensibilização das comunidades ribeirinhas, deltaicas e praieiras, sobre os patrimônios ali pertencentes. As ações em rede vêm atuando por meio de práticas colaborativas, motivadas pelo olhar atento e atuante da Coordenação do PPGAPM e dos mestrandos, no que se refere às problemáticas que circundam a Comunidade e seus patrimônios, nos âmbitos cultural e natural. Isto se dá tendo em vista as transformações emergentes que as sociedades têm sofrido na modernidade, em relação aos processos de globalização que tendenciam a homogeneização das identidades culturais e suas memórias, mesmo aquelas que, de certa forma, resistem por estarem mais afastadas dos grandes centros econômicos e sociais. Essa homogeneização provoca o esquecimento das memórias ancestrais locais e, em consequência, o enfraquecimento e distanciamento das pessoas para o uso devido de seus patrimônios. Realizamos a pesquisa pela hibridização de duas metodologias, a Pesquisa-Ação e a Sociopoética; com a escolha dessas metodologias, foi possível fazer dois momentos que definiram a pesquisa e culminaram com a intervenção artística na Vila-Bairro. ABSTRACT: Inventar was a project that proposed to contribute to the discussions about the new ways that move the museology and social innovation, as a practice of transformation, through the sensitization of the communities for the promotion and protection of the patrimony and its memories; carried out in Vila-bairro Coqueiro da Praia, in the municipality of Luís Correia / PI; using poetic processes and intervention in art as an instrument for raising awareness through heritage education practices, holding a series of meetings that converged in workshops, talks, presentations, visits to the exhibition and artistic intervention in the Vila-bairro, in which they participated: a group-researcher, students of the Carmosina Municipal School, the community and invited artists. The Inventar project is a fraction of the actions that have been carried out in the northern region of the state of Piauí through the PPGAPM - Postgraduate Program in Art, Heritage and Museology, more specifically in the APA - Environmental Protection Area of the Delta do Parnaíba, that idealizes and realizes a network of Museums of territory in the region, aiming to contribute with the sensitization of the riverside communities, comunities of the Delta do Parnaíba and coastal, about the patrimonies belonging to them. The actions have been working through collaborative practices motivated by the attentive look of the PPGAPM coordination and of the masters, on the issues surrounding the community and its cultural and natural heritage, in view considering the processes of globalization that tend towards the homogenization of cultural identities and their memories, even those that somehow resist because they are further away from the great economic and social centers; this homogenization causes the forgetting of the local ancestral memories and consequently distancing the people to the due use of their patrimony. We conducted the research by the hybridization of two methodologies, Action Research and Sociopoetics; with the choice of these methodologies it was possible to make two moments that defined the research and culminated with the artistic intervention in the Vila-Bairro.
