"CÊ VAI SE ARREPENDER DE LEVANTAR A MÃO PRA MIM": rotas críticas de mulheres que romperam o ciclo de violência

Abstract

RESUMO: A violência doméstica e familiar é um problema social grave e complexo, fruto das relações de poder entre os sexos, atinge mulheres de todas as classes sociais, raça, etnia, idade, religião ou nível de escolaridade. O feminismo tem sido fundamental na luta pela igualdade de direitos entre mulheres e homens, tornando esse problema visivel e reconhecido como violação de direitos humanos, Nesse sentido, diversas medidas de enfrentamento e combate foram criadas provenientes de acordos, pactos, leis e conferências que o Brasil é signatário ,(MORAES & SORJ, 2009). O objetivo geral desse estudo é compreender o processo de ruptura do ciclo de violência doméstica e familiar vivenciado pelas mulheres, considerando seu percurso na rota critica, com a finalidade de saber sobre os fatores impulsionadores, inibidores e estratégias de rompimento utilizadas nesse trajeto, Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, com aplicação de entrevistas semiestruturadas e obserivações sistemáticas junto às mulheres egressas da Casa-Abrigo "Mulher Viva'. O tratamento analítico dos dados se deu por meio da Análise do Discurso Critica (ADC). A fundamentação teórica ancorou-se na concepção de gênero como elemento constitutivo das relações sociais e relações de poder (SCOTT., 1995: SAFFIOT1, 2004; LAURETIS, 1994; BOURDIEU, 2011: FOUCAULT, 20415); na discussão sobre violência contra mulheres, destacando seus tipos, termos correlatas e políticas públicas de enfrentamento (ALMEIDA, 2007: BRASIL, 2011a; 2011b; STREY, 2004) e sobre rota critica (SAGOT, 2000), compreendida como um complexo emaranhado de atitudes e decisões tomadas pelas mulheres visando sair do cicio de violência (WALKER, 1979). Os resultados encontrados mostraram que os fatores impulsionadores do rompimento perpassam situações de saturação das violências sofridas que são potencializadas pelas práticas de ingestão de bebidas alcoólicas, uso de drogas, sucessivas traições e aumento gradativo da violência dos(as) (ex)companheiros(as) contra elas e seus(suas) filhos(as.), Dentre os fatores inibidores do rompimento, destacou-se o medo em relação às ameaças recebidas, esperança na mudança comportamental dos(as) (ex)companheiros(as), ineficiência institucional dos serviços de atendimento, falta de apoio familiar efou dos amigos(as) e dependência financeira. As mulheres rompem com o cicio de violência quando constroem um processo interno de fortalecimento pessoal, apoiado pelas redes pessoais e institucionais, e nesse processo apresentam sinais de empoderamento. ABSTRACT: Domestic and family violence is a serious and complex social problem, the result of power relations between the sexes, affecting women of ali social classes, face, ethnicity, age, religion or levei of education. Feminism has been fundamental in the struggle for equal rights between women and men, making this problem visible and recognized as a vioiation of human rights. In this sense„ several measures of confrontation and combat were created from agreements, pacts, laws and conferences that Brazíl is a signatory (MORAES & SORJ, 2009), The general objective of this study is to understand the process of rupture of the cycle of domestic and family violence experienced by women, considering their pathway on the criticai route, in order to know about the driving factors, inhibitors and strategies of disruption used in this roube. It is a qualitative research, with the application of semi-structured interviews and systematic observations with women who egresses from Casa-Abrigo "Mulher Viva", The analytical treatment of the data occurred through Criticai Discourse Analysis (ADC), The theoretical foundation was anchored in the conception of gender as a constituent element of social relations and power relations (SCOTT, 1995; SAFROTI, 2004; LAURETIS, 1994: BOURDIEU, 2011; FOUCAULT, 2015,); in the discussion about violence against women, highiighting their types, correlated terms and public policies (ALMEIDA, 2007, BRAZ1L, 2011a; 2011b; STREY„ 2004) and criticai route (SAGOT, 2000), understood as a complex entanglement of altitudes and decisions taken by women to get out of the cycle of violence (WALKER, 1979).The results showed that the factors driving the rupture saturated situations of violence suffered are through of the strengthened for drinking practices aicoholic beverages, drug use, successive betrayals and a gradual increase in the violence of the ex-companions against them and their children. Among the factors that inhibit the dsruption, highlighted the fear in reiation to incoming threats, hope in the behavioral change of lhe ex-companions, the Institutional inefficiency of customer services, lack of family support and, or friends and financial dependence. Women break the cycle of violence when they build an internai process of personal empowerment, supported by personal and institutional networks, and in this process show signs of empowerment.
